S\u00f3n les persones grans i les que estan a les primeres etapes de la vida les que m\u00e9s pateixen aquesta alteraci\u00f3 hor\u00e0ria: manca de concentraci\u00f3, de gana i irritabilitat s\u00f3n les manifestacions m\u00e9s comunes.<\/p><p>D&#8217;altra banda, les persones que modifiquen peri\u00f2dicament el rellotge biol\u00f2gic, com les persones que treballen per torns, pateixen habitualment all\u00f2 que s&#8217;ha arribat a anomenar desalineaci\u00f3 circadiana o interrupci\u00f3 del rellotge biol\u00f2gic. En aquests casos, els s\u00edmptomes m\u00e9s comuns s\u00f3n pressi\u00f3 arterial alta, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.carlessuria.com\/ca\/insomni\/\">insomni<\/a> o fatiga. I \u00e9s que el cos hum\u00e0 est\u00e0 dissenyat per treballar de dia i descansar de nit.<\/p><\/div><p>\u00a0<\/p><\/section><div class=\"av-special-heading av-16rxzq1-cb6ca52eaeacd8e8c001b94ca861f7e3 av-special-heading-h2 blockquote modern-quote avia-builder-el-10 el_after_av_textblock el_before_av_textblock \"><h2 class=\"av-special-heading-tag av-mini-font-size-overwrite av-mini-font-size-20\">ADAPTAR-NOS AL CANVI D&#8217;HORA<\/h2><\/div><section class=\"av_textblock_section \"><div class=\"avia_textblock \"><p>N&#8217;hi haur\u00e0 prou que amb una mica de previsi\u00f3 la setmana pr\u00e8via al canvi anem avan\u00e7ant les nostres activitats di\u00e0ries (si estem al mar\u00e7) o endarrerint-les (si estem a l&#8217;octubre) com s\u00f3n els sopars, els banys o els deures\u2026 Evitem les migdiades i capcinades, aix\u00ed com els sopars pesades i la ingesta de medicaments per dormir.<\/p><p>El darrer diumenge de mar\u00e7, abans d&#8217;anar a dormir, avan\u00e7arem els rellotges una hora (el canvi es fa efectiu a les 2:00). A l&#8217;octubre el rellotge tamb\u00e9 es retarda el darrer cap de setmana. No s\u00f3n nits per prendre caf\u00e8 ni estimulants ni visionar un thriller o blockbuster d&#8217;acci\u00f3. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.carlessuria.com\/ca\/la-contra-carles-suria\/\">M\u00f2bils i dispositius electr\u00f2nics allunyats del llit<\/a> i a dormir!
