However, in chipboard, which is the main source of indoor emissions, it is slowly released over a period of years.<\/p><p>WHO recommends that indoor formaldehyde levels should not exceed 0.05 parts per million. These recommended values can be accumulated relatively easily with the existence of a single source. Occupational exposure limits in Spain set a daily environmental exposure limit value of 0.3ppm. The optimum value should be 0.0ppm:<\/p><ul><li>Wash new clothes, especially those resistant to wrinkles.<\/li><li>Use 100% natural cosmetics, as chemical cosmetics are not obliged to indicate concentrations below 0.05% on their labels.<\/li><li>Opt for massive furniture. If the economy, choose laminated furniture rather than agglomerated.<\/li><li>Environmentally friendly cleaning products.<\/li><li>Ventilate the house every day.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5a1f4b6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5a1f4b6\"
